Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Personalized or customized items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Digital products or downloadable items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
