Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product
